Warranty and Returns Policy

Exchange and Return of Quality Goods

If the buyer dislikes the purchased product, its color, size, or model, the buyer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 calendar days.

If the seller does not have the specific product to exchange in the warehouse, the entire amount paid for the goods will be refunded.

If the buyer returns the quality goods to the courier, does not take the goods out of the parcel machine, or they cannot be delivered due to the buyer’s fault (incorrect number, repeatedly not at the specified address), such goods are returned to the seller and the buyer is refunded the money paid for the goods, but the delivery fee is not refunded.

The right to return the order does not apply to those goods included in the list of non-returnable goods of the Republic of Latvia (for example, socks, underwear). Also, those goods that are specifically made according to the customer’s order and are personalized, individually adapted to the buyer’s requirements.

Goods purchased at the EDIGO.lv online store can be returned: Goods should be sent via the Omniva parcel machine or Latvian Post (if the total weight does not exceed 2 kg). Omniva parcel machine: Ulbrokas TOP parcel machine, Instituta iela 7, Ulbroka, index 9275. Tālr: +371 27473887 The value of the returned goods will be transferred back within 14 calendar days after we receive the goods back at the Omniva parcel machine or the Post Office. The money will be transferred to the same account from which the payment for the goods was made. If you wish to exchange the item for another (change of size/color or other reason), the new item will be sent the same or next day after we receive the returned item. The customer covers the costs of repeated delivery – 3.00 EUR, by making a transfer to our bank account. Indicate the order number and the words “Repeated dispatch” in the purpose of payment. Goods can only be returned or exchanged if they have not been used and they are not damaged. Goods that are specially made to order, or personalized, are not exchanged for others and the money for them is not returned (See. Purchase rules). To return/exchange goods, fill out the goods exchange and return act. It must be sent to us by e-mail: info@edigo.lv or included in print with the shipment. If the act is sent electronically, include a note (handwritten sheet/tag) with the order number, the name and surname of the customer.

Product Warranty and Return of Damaged Goods

If there is no time limit set for product quality assurance, the consumer can lodge complaints about product defects within a reasonable period of time, but no later than two years from the date of purchase of the product.

If the warranty period set by the seller or manufacturer is less than 2 years, the consumer has the right to lodge a complaint about the product’s defects during the specified warranty period. When the set warranty period is longer than 2 years – complaints about product defects can be submitted within the specified warranty period. SIA EDIGO promises to refund the money paid for poor-quality goods if the poor quality of the goods manifests as a production defect or non-compliance with the manufacturer’s specified specifications. Each customer who receives poor quality or damaged goods should contact us by calling the info number listed on the website or writing an email to info@goody.lv. We will exchange the product for a new same item or offer similar alternative products. If the customer disagrees to accept equivalent goods, the money is refunded, transferring it to the bank account from which the payment was made. Money is refunded for poor quality goods, both for the product and delivery costs.

If you have received a product that you did not order, please inform us immediately by email – info@edigo.lv or call +371 27473887. We promise to exchange such goods for the ordered ones as soon as possible and cover all delivery costs, or refund the money within 14 calendar days after the customer’s request.
