Delivery Conditions

For the products available at the EDIGO.lv e-store, an individual delivery time is set, which can be found in the description of each product’s page. The delivery time count starts from the moment the client’s order and money transfer are received.

In case the delivery time changes due to unplanned circumstances, we will inform the clients individually. EDIGO.lv e-store is not responsible for extending the delivery time if it occurred due to the courier.

Our e-store deliveries are provided by the carrier “Omniva”.

Each dispatched order is assigned a unique tracking number, which we will send to your email when the order is dispatched. This number allows you to track the journey of the shipment online and predict the delivery time.

Upon receiving the shipment, it is recommended to check if its outer packaging is torn, deformed, or otherwise damaged. If you suspect that the package has suffered during transportation, you have the right to refuse it. In this case, please inform the EDIGO.lv administration immediately so that we can take necessary actions. Remember, in accordance with PTAL Section 30.1, “the risk of loss or damage to goods during delivery is assumed by the consumer as soon as the goods have been taken into his or her possession or that of his or her representative.”
