Welcome to the EDIGO website, available at EDIGO.lv. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

General Usage

These Terms govern your access to and use of the website and its contents. All users must familiarize themselves with these Terms, as using the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. EDIGO reserves the right to modify these Terms without notice. By placing orders, you must acknowledge and agree to these Terms by selecting "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions."

Pricing

All prices listed on EDIGO.lv are in Euros and include VAT. The cost of delivery services is not included in the listed price of goods. Prices are subject to change at EDIGO's discretion.

  • Custom Design from scratch: 10-45 EUR, depending on complexity as assessed by the designer.
  • Textual Design with required fonts, colors, and sizes: 2 EUR.

Delivery

EDIGO delivers to various EU countries as per our delivery service agreement. Delivery is typically within 3-6 business days. For delays, contact us at info@EDIGO.lv with your order number.

Returns and Exchanges

Products from our design collections can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges are not possible for custom-designed products, except in cases of quality issues. EDIGO is not liable for defects arising post-delivery, such as those due to improper use. Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition. EDIGO reserves the right to refuse returns if:

  • The product has been used or damaged.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please inform us via email at info@EDIGO.lv. Returns can be sent via Latvian Post as small packages to the address: Acones iela 3a, Ulbroka, LV-2130.

Refund Policy

Upon compliance with our return policy, we will refund your payment within 30 days, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Privacy Policy

EDIGO takes your privacy seriously. Personal information collected during orders or registration is used for order processing, communication, service improvement, and informing you about our latest offers. We will not disclose your information to third parties, except as required by law or to prevent fraud.

Intellectual Property

By uploading images to EDIGO.lv for product creation, you assert your rights to use these images and assume responsibility for any third-party claims. EDIGO will use your images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
